COPSS - Community of Practice Support Software (COPSS & VLE cluster)
COPSS includes a very powerful VLE. The VLE is now also deployed with cluster primary schools, and just starting with the Local Community.

(We recognise that most schools have their own preferred VLE solution and so it has been very important that modules can be used separate to or fully integrated with a single log-in to existing VLE's.)

Paul Johnson, our Brownhills Education Champion has proposed that both children AND adults will have an active role: For the Hothouse challenge, we will present the various Brownhills projects plus easiCOP and the VLE including videoconferencing, and then challenge participants, children and adults to address:
How would YOU take things further?
Paul is inviting Brownhills students and teachers, its feeder primary schools, and 'infuencers' from the Walsall Local Authority, and other local/regional experts. We think this spreading out from the school locally and further plus asking the attendees to actively contribute is a great way forward!
